At Eagle Theatre in Hammonton (“Eagle Theatre,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we strive to provide an exceptional theatre experience for our patrons. Please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Ticket Refunds & Exchanges
1.1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the following circumstances:
The event is canceled by Eagle Theatre.
The event is rescheduled, and you cannot attend the new date.
1.2. Event Cancellations & Rescheduling
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or the option to donate the ticket cost to support the theatre.
If an event is rescheduled, original tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within a specified period, which will be communicated at the time of rescheduling.
1.3. Weather-Related Cancellations
Eagle Theatre does not typically cancel performances due to weather conditions unless safety concerns arise. If a performance is canceled due to extreme weather, ticket holders will be notified about refund or exchange options.
2. Donation Refunds
Donations to Eagle Theatre are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction for review.
3. Gift Certificates & Vouchers
Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may only be used toward ticket purchases or other eligible services as specified.
4. Merchandise & Concessions
Merchandise purchases are final unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, exchanges or refunds may be provided within 14 days of purchase.
Concession sales are non-refundable.
